At GadgetsEU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an EU-based consumer, you are protected by the legal right of withdrawal. Below you will find the details of our return and refund process.

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., an e-mail to our support team).

Important for COD Customers: If you paid for your order via Cash on Delivery, our courier cannot provide an immediate cash refund at your doorstep. All refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer (IBAN).

When requesting a return, please provide us with your full name and IBAN details so we can securely transfer your refund once the return is processed.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
